How it works

Nothing to chase. Nobody to ring.

Submit the applicant and watch it complete. Automated reminders, phone follow-up, live status on every check.

01Your team submits the applicant: Name, email, property. Thirty seconds. The tenant receives a secure link to provide their details.
02We run the checks and chase the referees: Identity, Right to Rent, sanctions, PEP, employment, landlord, insolvency records, affordability. Automated reminders until every referee responds.
03You send the landlord the report: A clear recommendation of pass, conditional, or refer, with the evidence behind every check. The decision stays with you and your landlord.

Benefits

Faster turnaround, lower cost per let, and nothing to sign.

Move-ins that don't slip: Most references complete within 24 hours of the tenant submitting. Applicants stay committed, landlords stop chasing you for an update, and the property starts earning sooner.
£25 a reference, £20 at volume: You can't charge the tenant for referencing any more, so every pound comes out of your fee or your landlord's. £25 standard, £22 at 50 a year, £20 at 100, applied automatically without a negotiation.
Try it without leaving your provider: No contract, no minimum, no setup fee. Run your next applicant through us while everything else stays exactly where it is, and every connector is included in the price of a reference.
The whole office sees the same pipeline: Every reference your team submits lands in one dashboard. See what's complete, what's still with a referee, and what's ready to send, without asking around the office or digging through email.

Everything you need to know before getting started.
